How much is Shipping?
Shipping is free with any purchase. Only applicable for delivery in Singapore
For overseas shipping, do let us know which item you are keen, we will let you know the shipping cost.
When will my items be delivered?
Items will be shipped out within 2-3 working days. If you need urgent delivery, please drop us a message @ + 65 81827729.
How do I check my ring size?
There are 2 ways you can measure your ring size.
The first would be to take a string and tie it around your finger. Then you can measure the string and do the conversion below based on the Ring Size chart below.
The second method would be to measure the inner diameter of the ring.
My ring don't fit me, what should I do?
We can do a complimentary ring - re sizing within 14 days of purchase for online purchases. Not applicable for custom made rings or rings that we have already re-sized. Kindly let us know within 14 days .
Please note that eternity rings cannot be resized.
Gemstones & Diamonds
Are all your gemstones and diamonds natural?
Yes. At Benny’s Gems Creations, we specialize exclusively in natural gemstones and natural diamonds. We do not work with lab-grown gemstones or lab-grown diamonds.
Our collection focuses on the beauty, individuality and rarity of naturally formed gemstones and diamonds, including sapphires, rubies, emeralds, coloured gemstones and diamonds.
Do you sell lab-grown diamonds or lab-grown gemstones?
No. We specialize only in natural diamonds and natural gemstones and do not carry lab-grown diamonds or lab-grown gemstones.
Can I view your gemstones before deciding on a jewellery design?
Yes. We welcome clients to visit our boutique to view and compare our selection of natural gemstones and diamonds before deciding on a design.
Choosing the gemstone is often the first step of the bespoke jewellery journey, and our team can guide you through different colours, shapes, sizes and options based on your preferences and budget.
Bespoke & Custom Jewellery
Do you offer bespoke jewellery design?
Yes. Bespoke jewellery is one of our specialties at Benny’s Gems Creations. We can create a jewellery piece around a gemstone or diamond selected from our collection, or work with gemstones and jewellery that you already own.
From rings and engagement rings to earrings, pendants, necklaces and other fine jewellery pieces, our team can work with you to create a design that reflects your personal style.
Can you redesign my old jewellery into something new?
Yes. We can help you redesign or remodel existing jewellery into a new piece that better suits your current style.
For example, gemstones or diamonds from an older ring, pendant, earrings or other jewellery may be incorporated into a completely new bespoke design, subject to an assessment of the existing piece and gemstones.
This is also a meaningful way to transform sentimental or inherited jewellery into something you will enjoy wearing again.
Can you create a bespoke piece using my own gemstone or diamond?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own gemstone or diamond to us for a bespoke jewellery consultation.
Before we can provide an accurate quotation, we will need to assess the gemstone and understand the design you have in mind.
What information do you need to provide a quotation for redesigning my existing jewellery?
To provide an initial quotation, it is helpful for us to have as much information as possible, including:
- Clear photographs of the existing jewellery
- Type of jewellery, such as a ring, pendant, earrings or bracelet
- Approximate dimensions or size of the jewellery
- Number, type and approximate size of the gemstones or diamonds
- Your preferred new jewellery design
- Your preferred metal
- Any reference photos or design inspiration you may have
For more complicated pieces, we may need to examine the jewellery and gemstones in person before confirming the final quotation.
What metals do you use for bespoke jewellery?
For our bespoke fine jewellery pieces, we work exclusively with 18K gold and platinum.
Depending on the design, you may choose from suitable 18K gold options or platinum, and our team can advise you on the metal that best complements your gemstones, design and intended wear.
How long does bespoke jewellery take to make?
Our usual lead time for bespoke jewellery is approximately 6 to 8 weeks after the design and relevant details have been confirmed.
More elaborate, larger or labour-intensive jewellery pieces may require additional time. The estimated completion timeframe will depend on the complexity of the design, craftsmanship required and the individual piece.
If you require your jewellery for a specific occasion, such as an engagement, wedding, anniversary or birthday, we recommend speaking with us as early as possible.
How does the bespoke jewellery process work?
Your bespoke journey usually begins with a consultation where we discuss your preferred gemstones, design ideas, style, budget and practical requirements.
Once the direction of the piece has been established, we will work with you on the design before proceeding with production. Each bespoke piece is individually created, allowing you to be involved in transforming an idea into a piece of fine jewellery made especially for you.
How do I start a bespoke jewellery project with Benny’s Gems Creations?
You can begin by contacting us with your ideas, reference images, gemstones or existing jewellery, or visit us for a consultation.
For jewellery redesigns, bringing the original jewellery to our boutique allows our team to examine the gemstones, dimensions and construction more accurately before advising on possible designs and providing a quotation.
